Fabrication
In one of Middle East's largest fabrication facilities, fully covered and insulated area, and we can produce up to 120,000 Tonnes/Year. Our fabrication services include: Light Structure Production, Heavy Structure Production, Heavy Built-Up Production, Medium Structure Production
Welding
The highly-skilled welders of ARKAN steel undergo rigorous training at specialty training centers after which they are certified by independent certifying agencies.
Installation
ARKAN aims to provide a complete, integrated solution for customers including erection and construction services. We employ a highly qualified and experienced construction team has capability to install up to 3,000 tons of structural steel per month.
Safety
“Safety First” -The Prime policy of Arkan Aloula Steel Factory. Every Arkan’s safety supervisor inspects every look and corner of worksite and they don't allow anybody to work without safety measures. This directly helps to improve the morality of the worker which in turn results the better productivity. Arkan conducts safety awareness and training programs that help all employees to familiarize with safety & Quality management system.
Production
The Production and Planning department monitors and controls the entire manufacturing process starting from ordering of the raw material to fabrication, galvanizing, packing and delivery.
